Pace Center for Girls Citrus, located in Lecanto, Florida, is part of a network of 18 centers that have served more than 40,000 since 1985. Our academic classes are aligned with the local public school district, ensuring girls stay on track academically. Girls have the opportunity to catch up on credits if needed. Our Pace Day and Pace Reach programs are offered at no cost to families, and we offer year-round enrollment.
Pace Citrus opened in 2018, serving girls throughout Citrus County. We partner with a variety of community agencies to provide girls with a multitude of resources to best meet their development and social service needs.

When I came to Pace, I was looking for mental health support. What I found was not only encouragement, but also a community that helps me grow. With guidance and care, I have built my confidence and discovered my leadership potential. Now, I am a member of the Girls Leadership Council, where I’m practicing leadership skills and finding my voice. Looking ahead, I am determined to graduate high school and pursue a career that satisfies my passions. With the tools I’m gaining at Pace, I know my future is full of possibility. I am proof that with the right support, every girl can shine.
