Pace Center for Girls is pleased to announce the appointment of Becky Ndombi as its new Chief Advancement Officer. In this role, Ndombi will lead the organization’s comprehensive advancement strategy, including philanthropy, corporate and foundation partnerships, marketing, and donor engagement, to support and sustain Pace’s mission of empowering girls and young women to reach their full potential. 

“Becky’s depth of experience, strategic mindset, and commitment to mission-driven work make her an exceptional addition to Pace,” said Yessica Cancel, Interim CEO of Pace Center for Girls. “Her leadership will be instrumental as we continue to expand our impact and invest in the futures of the girls and young women we serve.” 

Ndombi brings more than 15 years of executive advancement leadership experience. Most recently, she served as Director of Philanthropy and Major Gifts at African Mission Healthcare, where she led fundraising efforts and supported sustained revenue growth. She previously served as Chief Development Officer at Zero Abuse Project and developed global partnerships during her tenure with the United Nations. 

As Chief Advancement Officer, Ndombi will serve on Pace’s executive leadership team and work with statewide leadership, board members, and external partners to expand philanthropic investment and strengthen donor relationships.
