Join us in celebrating Dekoda, a proud Pace graduate and member of our Girls Leadership Council. A natural role model and leader among her peers, Dekoda is now preparing for her next chapter after graduating from high school: joining the U.S. Navy and pursuing her dream of becoming a welder.
When asked how Pace helped her face life’s challenges, Dekoda shared:
“I’ve learned that I can accomplish my goals and get through anything if I put my mind to it. I know I’m tough as nails—and I’m in charge of my life. No one is more important than me, and I deserve to make myself a priority.”
Dekoda’s strength, determination, and confidence remind us all of what’s possible when girls are supported to rise.
