He\u2019s like a dad to me, since I didn\u2019t have one growing up. He always makes sure that everyone feels safe in the classroom \u2014\u202fthat\u2019s his priority,\u201d said Idali. \u201cI came to Pace because I was doing really bad at academics. My grades were really low because I was skipping classes and didn\u2019t care about my classes. As soon as I came to Pace, they\u2019ve helped me a lot. I\u2019m on track to graduate next year.\u201d&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cMr. Christie is the best. He\u2019s a history teacher, and he\u2019s always giving us the most valuable information,\u201d added Karimah. \u201cHe\u2019s like an encyclopedia \u2014\u202fhe knows so much. I\u2019ve learned so much about the world and the state it\u2019s in right now, and I\u2019m so grateful to him.\u201d&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Every day, our team of counselors, therapists and educators advocate for our girls\u2019 physical and mental health and help them thrive and grow, creating brighter futures for all.
