A Northeast Florida native, Simon brings 15 years of nonprofit leadership experience focused on community-based work and expanding access to trauma-informed support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Most recently, Simon served as Executive Director of Yoga 4 Change, where she led the growth of trauma-informed programming across Florida and helped expand access to healing-centered services. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with nonprofit boards and community partners to develop programs that respond to the needs of individuals and families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For Simon, joining Pace Jacksonville as Executive Director is also a return to an organization she already knows. As an E-RYT 500 certified yoga teacher, she previously led yoga and mindfulness practices for girls at Pace Jacksonville and Pace Clay. Through that experience, Simon gained a strong understanding of Pace\u2019s mission before stepping into her new leadership role.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>\u201cKim\u2019s experience growing trauma-informed programs and her connection to Pace give her a strong foundation for leading Pace Jacksonville forward.
