However, Pace quickly helped me become more open-minded and self-aware.\u00a0 Before coming to Pace, I struggled at my previous high school, skipping classes, failing, and even considering dropping out. At Pace, my grades have improved, I have gained confidence, and I joined the Girls Leadership Council (GLC), where I developed skills like public speaking and communication. Now, I\u2019m proud of myself.
