Washington Community Center is finally reopening with a revitalized and rejuvenated look.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe Booker T. Washington Center will serve as a hub of community resources and programs that will greatly benefit the families in Historic Pleasant Hill and our entire community,\u201d says Community Enhancement Authority Executive Director Tedra Huston.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m very excited we\u2019re able to help provide these greatly needed services, and I\u2019m especially excited for the new Mental Health Matters initiative \u2013 which will be headquartered here \u2013 to begin its work in the next several weeks,\u201d says Macon Mayor Lester Miller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Center will be home to the Southern Center for Choice Theory, C-Qul, Pace Center for Girls, Melanated Communities, the Eric Foundation, Mosaic Development, the Booker T Washington Reunion Committee, the Vexiom Group, and the Community Enhancement Authority.
