She has a proven record of community impact and most recently served as the Chief People and Program Officer at the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County. Previously, she was the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer at Mandel JCC of the Palm Beaches and the Director of the Teen Initiative of the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s an honor to lead Pace Palm Beach and empower my home community\u2019s next generation of girls and young women,\u201d said Mindy Hanken, Executive Director at Pace Palm Beach. \u201cWhen we focus on supporting girls, they gain the power to achieve success in all areas of their lives, leading to positive outcomes for themselves, their families, and our Palm Beach community.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hanken holds a Master of Social Work with a concentration in Administration &amp; Community Planning from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources with a concentration in Children &amp; Families from the University of Delaware.
