As we close out another incredible year, we want to take a moment to celebrate all we\u2019ve accomplished together in 2024. Each team member has played a vital role in helping us serve, support, and empower our girls and communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As we look to 2025, we\u2019re especially excited to celebrate a huge milestone\u2014Pace\u2019s 40th anniversary! While our mission remains the same, our commitment to innovation means we’re constantly finding new ways to support and uplift the girls in our care. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here\u2019s to a new year filled with more growth, impact, and hope for every girl.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

January 2024:<\/strong> Pace girls from across the state met with members of the Florida House, Florida Senate and other elected officials and leaders to share the impact of Pace\u2019s model at Pace Day at the Capitol<\/a>.   <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

February 2024: <\/strong>Pace expands virtual therapeutic services to support girls and young women by launching TelePace<\/a> in Broward County.  <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

March 2024: <\/strong>Pace and the Delores Barr Weaver Policy Center announce a partnership<\/a> to conduct a comprehensive review on the current state of girls and young women. This collaborative effort marks a significant step towards understanding and addressing the multifaceted challenges faced by adolescent girls in today’s society.  <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

April 2024: <\/strong>Pace publishes White Paper “Helping Teachers Succeed: A Framework Rooted in Building School Belonging for Teachers of Students with High-Risk Factors<\/a>,\u201d that addresses the critical issue of strengthening supports for teachers amidst the national teacher shortage crisis. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

May 2024:<\/strong> Pace signs groundbreaking MOU with Miami Dade College to address the teacher shortage by creating a direct pipeline from MDC to teaching positions at our 21 centers.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

June 2024: <\/strong>Pace Manatee celebrated a major milestone with the groundbreaking of their new state-of-the-art facility.  <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

July 2024: <\/strong>Graduation season concluded with many Pace centers celebrating their largest senior classes on record.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

August 2024: <\/strong>Pace launches, PaceCares, a Employee Assistance Fund (EAF) to support teachers, counselors, therapists and team members impacted by natural disasters. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

September 2024: <\/strong>Pace Hernando celebrated a major milestone with a groundbreaking ceremony, marking the beginning of a new chapter for the center and the community it serves.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

October 2024: <\/strong>Stronger Together. Pace communities came together to support one another after a devastating Hurricane season. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

November 2024:<\/strong> Pace hosts second annual Girls Leadership Institute, which united girls and team members from 10 Pace Centers across Florida for an empowering two-day experience. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

December 2024<\/strong>: During the holiday season, Pace girls are making a difference in their communities through give-back projects. Partnering with organizations such as the Parc Center for Disabilities and the Salvation Army, they organize donation drives, create heartfelt gifts, and engage in activities that bring joy to those in need. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
