PACE Science Team

PACE is seeing an increased enthusiasm towards Science projects & learning, that led to the creation of our first ever, PACE Ocean Science Team.  PACE recently had 6 girls participate in the National Ocean Science Bowl.  NOSB is a national academic competition that challenges high school students in marine science knowledge including topics such as: marine biology, chemistry, physics and geology. Our team competed against 13 other schools from the South Florida region in the Spoonbill Bowl on the USF St Petersburg campus in February 2013.  Way to go Science Team!

*In Her Words...are unedited stories written by PACE students.  A different essay will be highlighted each week.
