Nearly 800 guests in search of bargain priced dresses and a fun time attended the fourth installment of Love That Dress! on Wednesday, August 29, 2012 at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Estero. Co-chaired by Amy Sanford and Kendra Sutton and presented by title sponsor White House Black Market, the event offered over 3,000 new and gently worn dresses, hundreds of designer shoes and a lavish silent auction helping to raise over $103,000 for PACE Center for Girls of Lee County. From the total raised, $3,400 will be allocated to PACE Lee’s capital campaign fund to open a new Center in the coming years.
Dresses still hanging after the event were offered to the PACE girls free of charge. Gushing about trying on her five new dresses, Flydencia, 15, said “I felt beautiful and famous!”
