As an employer, PACE strives to offer its employees a benefit package that provides for their needs and the needs of their family.   Full time employees of PACE Center for Girls, Inc. are entitled to a generous benefit package, which begins the first of the month following 30 days of employment.

  • PACE provides employee coverage for health through Blue Cross of Florida.  Dependent coverage is available at a nominal cost to the employee through payroll deduction
  • PACE provides employee coverage for dental with your choice of the PPO product through Guardian or the HMO product through Fortis.  Dependent coverage is available at a nominal cost to the employee through payroll deduction.
  • PACE provides a paid $15,000 group life insurance policy with the option for additional term life insurance coverage through payroll deduction.
  • PACE provides paid short-term and long-term disability through UNUM Provident.
  • PACE provides an EAP program called Work-Life Balance Program with comprehensive services to make your life easier through UNUM. 
  • PACE provides vision insurance through payroll deduction.
  • PACE provides medical and dependent care reimbursement accounts through payroll deduction.

  • For your retirement needs, PACE Center for Girls offers a 403(b) plan, which is a tax deferred savings program.  PACE intends to match 100% up to 3% of pay, which is done annually.
  • 12 holidays per year. 10 days vacation days upon initial eligibility; 12 days after one year and the accrual increases with years of service. 12 days sick days per year, which can be used for yourself or an immediate family member.  Two of your sick days can be used as personal days.
  • Days off for jury duty and bereavement time
