Administrative Assistant
Position Summary: Plans
and organizes the day-to-day administrative functions to relieve staff
of clerical work and minor administrative and business details.
Responsibilities (not all inclusive):
- Answers phones, directs to appropriate staff, and arranges conference
calls.
- Processes and code all financial documents
- Processes and distribute mail
- Maintains attendance records and other documentation
- Orders and maintain office supplies
- Prepares correspondence and monthly reports
Education and/or Experience and Technical Skills:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum six months to one
year experience in an office environment required. Ability to work
efficiently using personal computer, MS Word, Excel, Database software,
and all office equipment required.
- Ability to organize time effectively
- Current Florida driver’s
license required.
